The services we provide are not simply divided between business or personal legal advice, employer and employee and such like. They are also different in the sense that we offer many different levels of advice (although not service standards) depending on budgets, client’s objectives and needs. For example, an executor of a will may not want or need us to completely take over the estate adminsitration but may require some fixed fee assistance with certain aspects. An employer client may want a compromise agreement but alternatively may instruct ius to fully defend employment tribunal claims. Whatever the situation, we will be transparent on what may be needed and costs at the outset and throughout on any matter.
